He holds an Associate of Science degree in Hotel-Restaurant Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel-Restaurant/Institutional Management (both from Johnson & Wales University, Providence, United States), as well as a Master of Arts degree in Hospitality Management from Thames Valley University in London. He is also the one and only celebrity chef in Malaysia with a Post-Graduate qualification to date.
