Created in the early 1990s, all three episodes were able to have an English dub available and got released on VHS and DVD in North America by ADV Films in 2002. The OVA is viewed as a series of educational shorts on the culture of Japan. It also serves as a pilot for the eventual Ruby-Spears cartoon series. Only 3 Episodes were ever made for the series. This Japanese Anime OVA series was mostly based on Mega Man 5. |
