Dabei liegt der Patient auf dem Rücken, die Beine im Hüftgelenk um 90 Grad gebeugt. Die Knie sind angewinkelt und die Unterschenkel werden auf Stützen gelagert, so dass die Beine etwa 50 bis 60 Grad voneinander abgespreizt sind.
