has gloss	eng: Beep is the implementation of XMPP protocol on mobile devices to enable two roaming mobile devices, positioned at two different locations, to exchange data. In order for the communication stream to be successful, both mobile devices must be connected to the internet through any wireless technology. Regardless of the wireless technologies they are using, the internet acts as a middle carrier. We are trying our best to offer the same communication services with the highest possible quality to relieve the user from paying the current high costs of communication. Moreover, the project will empower its client mobile device with roaming capabilities allowing a mobile device to easily locate and initiate an interaction session with another mobile device within an unlimited range.
