has gloss	tha: การลงประชามติร่างรัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย พุทธศักราช 2550 ได้จัดขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 19 สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2550 ช่วงเวลา 8.00 น.ถึง 16.00 น. โดยใช้วิธีกากบาทลงบัตรเหมือนการเลือกตั้ง ในกรณีที่ประชาชนผู้มีสิทธิเลือกตั้งโดยเสียงข้างมากของผู้มาออกเสียงประชามติเห็นชอบให้นำร่างรัฐธรรมนูญฉบับใหม่มาใช้บังคับแล้ว ประธานสภานิติบัญญัติแห่งชาติจะนำร่างรัฐธรรมนูญขึ้นทูลเกล้าทูลกระหม่อมถวาย และเมื่อทรงลงพระปรมาภิไธยแล้ว จะประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษาและใช้บังคับได้
