has gloss	eng: Sally Rogers, played by Rose Marie, was a television character on the 1960s sitcom The Dick Van Dyke Show. She was one third of the comedy writing team for the fictional TV variety show The Alan Brady Show, working with Rob Petrie and Buddy Sorrell. When not working, Sally spent much of her time searching for a husband. Though she maintained an on-and-off relationship with nerdy Herman Glimpshire (in a 2004 Dick Van Dyke Show reunion special, it was revealed that Sally and Herman eventually married), she occasionally dated other men, particularly if they looked like "husband material".
