Most quadruples have exactly four revolutions, and the quadruple Axel has 4 1/2 revolutions. Only the quad toe loop and the quad Salchow have been landed in competition and officially recognized as such; no skater has officially completed a quadruple loop, flip, lutz, or Axel in competition. |
