It is a trilingual newspaper (in Arabic, French and English) published every Friday morning and distributed throughout Lebanese and Arab communities in Montreal, Laval and South Shore (Quebec), in Ottawa (Ontario) and in Halifax (Nova Scotia). The paper is also available in .pdf form on the Phoenicia website.
