has glosseng: Mickleton Halt was a station on the GWR line between Oxford and Worcester (now known as the Cotswold Line) to serve Mickleton and the surrounding villages. It was opened on Monday 8 November 1937 with six daily services in each direction during the week with an additional service operating on Saturdays . The construction of the two platforms with shelters was first announced in June 1937 . Built at a cost of £512 it was listed for closure in 1941; and was closed on 6 October 1941.
