On 29 September 2008, the Commission approved a proposal for a decision of the European Parliament and the Council of Ministers on a new programme for the period 2010–15. This programme is the follow-on of IDABC which came to an end on 31 December 2009. The ISA programme is focusing on back-office solutions supporting the interaction between European public administrations and the implementation of Community policies and activities. References
