has gloss	eng: "Im So Famous" is the first single from American R&B singer, Joi, from her fourth album Tennessee Slim Is the Bomb. Recorded in 2004, the song was one of few songs chosen to lead the album for its Fall 2004 release on Raphael Saadiqs boutique label Pookie Entertainment. The albums release was delayed due to issues within the label and the singles release was canceled . After an amicable leave from the label, Gilliam made preparations for the albums release in late 2005 through her own label Joilicious Music. In October 2005, "Im So Famous" made a strong debut on college & internet radio. Nearly three months after the release of Tennessee Slim Is the Bomb, it would debut on mainstream R&B/Hip-Hop radio outlets. Receiving little airplay, digital sales for the single were strong becoming Gilliams second best selling single to date .
