has gloss	eng: Huelva is one of the 52 electoral districts (circunscripciones) used for the Spanish Congress of Deputies - the lower chamber of the Spanish Parliament, the Cortes Generales. It is one of the eight electoral districts which correspond to the provinces of Andalusia. Huelva is the largest town accounting for almost a third of the electorate and there are no other municipalities with electorates over 15,000. Huelva has traditionally been one of the best districts for the centre left and in the last two elections has produced the second highest percentage vote share for the PSOE after Sevilla district.
