has gloss	eng: Graf Ignatiev Street , usually called Grafa (meaning The Count) is a popular central street in the Bulgarian capital Sofia. It was named after the Russian statesman and diplomat Count Nicholas Pavlovich Ignatiev. The street lies between Evlogi Georgiev Boulevard, after which it is called Dragan Tsankov Boulevard, to the east and Alabin Street near the Vitosha Boulevard to the west. It is crossed by major roads such as Vasil Levski Boulevard and Georgi Rakovski Street. Several of the landmarks of Sofia are located along the street such as the Patriarch Evtimiy Square, Sveti Sedmochislenitsi Church, Slaveykov Square and Garibaldi Square. There are several tram lines running along the street. On 26 April 2007 the Counsel of the Capital Municipality took decision to make Graf Ignatiev a pedestrian street.

Разположена е между бул. „Евлоги Георгиев“ на изток, след който се нарича бул. „Драган Цанков“, и „Алабин“ на запад в близост до „Витошка“. Пресича се с основни пътища в София като бул. „Васил Левски“ и „Раковска“. Прилежащи на улицата са няколко от забележителностите на София като „Попа“ и площад „Славейков“. По улицата вървят няколко трамвайни линии. Около Освобождението носи името Самоковска улица, защото в югоизточна посока продължава в път до град Самоков. На 26 април 2007 г. Столичният общински съвет взима решение улицата да стане пешеходна зона.
