has gloss	zho: 华娱卫视广播有限公司（英語：China Entertainment Television Broadcast.,Limited，CETV），简称华娱卫视。是一个24小时以普通话放送节目的综艺娱乐卫星频道，由原藉新加坡的電視製作人蔡和平在1995年於香港成立，當時的製作中心位於香港九龍塘區，開台初期以盧海鵬、沈殿霞等前歡樂今宵藝員為台柱，蔡氏亦以他製作歡樂今宵之經驗帶到該台，但該台經營多年財政出現困難，終在2001年2月17日起沽給AOL时代华纳，而華娛亦成為AOL時代華納公司旗下的首个中文频道。2003年7月被TOM集团有限公司收购，成为其附属子公司，此时时代华纳持有频道36%股权。現時，此台位于香港特别行政区，而收视观众則主要在广东省。
