has gloss	eng: The Alwyn Court is a 12-story building located in Manhattan, New York City at 58th Street and Seventh Avenue, close to Central Park. It was constructed in 1908 with large 14-room apartments which were subdivided during the Depression. Although the interior has changed over time, the exterior, with its very intricate terra-cotta decoration, has largely remained unchanged. It was designated a New York City Landmark in 1966.
